If your child develops a fever or new rash, please book a same day telephone appointment and do not attend the practice as measles is highly contagious. If the doctor has advised you to bring your child in, please wait outside and notify reception when you have arrived. Please see link below for further information: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/measles

We strongly advise our patients to ensure their children are up to date with their childhood vaccination. If you are unsure please contact the practice to book an appointment with the practice nurse. Appointments are available Monday to Friday at the practice and over the weekend at our local enhanced access hub based at St Charles centre for health and wellbeing. Vaccinating your child is the best way to protect them again this deadly disease.
