Are you still waiting to hear from a hospital or service regarding a referral or self referral that was made?
You can contact the service directly by using one of the following options.
- For new referrals sent via the Electronic Referral System (ERS) The contact details of the referrals booking service are sent to the patient along with the eReferral document. (This is either sent in the post, by email or text message) When contacting the Choose & Book Team patients are required to have their UBRN number and Password at hand. This information will be on your eReferral document.
- For follow up appointments you should contact the team directy, this can be by calling the hospital switchboard and asking to be put through to the secretary of the specialist you are seeing.
- You can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service to help
